I am passionate about helping families build and maintain happy, healthy relationships. I have my bachelor's degree in psychology, and my master's degree in counseling. I have been fortunate to work as a school counselor since 2006, and as a Love and Logic® trainer since 2011.

As a parent and a school counselor, I have opportunities every day to put the principles of Love and Logic into practice. It is one of my greatest joys to be a Love and Logic trainer, and to have the opportunity to share these principles with parents and with my colleagues in education. I enjoy sharing my personal experiences, and I feel so fortunate that I am able to witness the positive impact Love and Logic has on families.

My journey with Love and Logic began when our boys were very young and a friend shared the book with me. Many years later I attended the instructor training conference in Colorado. After that I was hooked! I immersed myself in Love and Logic, listening to CDs, DVDs, reading every bit of material I could get my hands on, and continuing to attend conferences. I quickly became passionate about sharing Love and Logic with others. Being equipped with the practical skills that Love and Logic provides, makes parenting more fun, and helps us to maintain great relationships with our kids.

I am the mother of two wonderful sons. My husband and I blended our families when our boys were just 3 and 4 years old, now they are young men! We have enjoyed guiding our boys through all the different stages and challenges of growing up. We feel so blessed to have incredibly loving and respectful relationships with them.
